History of USDA.US.com

Mr. Chittenden founded USDA Capital Company in October of 2008 and remains its sole share holder. Mr Chittenden entered into the government loan market with his development of the first Internet competitive bid program for SBA and USDA loans. These guaranteed loans are often sold into the secondary market at competitive sell. AcuBids.Com led the industry until the market correction in late 2008. As the leading Internet competitive bid site AcuBids developed back office analytics similar to the model we are used today by USDA Capital Corporation to optimize its partner's investment return on U.S. government guaranteed loans.
Our number one goal is to first help lenders optimize profitability by paying the highest prices in the secondary market. We are able to maximize both lender and investor profits by eliminating the brokers who are intermediaries in this secondary market. While developing the competitive bid site our analytics broke down the methods used by these companies who have been doing this for decades. Our strategy is to assist originating bank and also provide the most aggressive pricing model to meet our investors hurdle return rates on a pool of guaranteed loans.
